General Questions
Do you cater to guests with food allergies?
Absolutely! While we typically don’t work with any nut-based ingredients, it should be noted that some ingredients used may be cross-contaminated upon manufacturing. If any guest should have specific allergies, please let us know upon booking and we will be sure to coordinate your special day accordingly.
Can I bring food and a cake to sing “Happy Birthday”?
As an “add-on” option charge, we do allow you to add an additional time to the end of your party package, specifically reserved for cake and snacks. Such a request must be selected at the time of booking and will be added on to your party package total.
No outside food is allowed on the bus, however we do sell cakes. Purchase a cake and get extra time to sing happy birthday.
Do you offer any other parties, besides birthday celebrations?

As availability tends to fill up quickly, our recommended booking window is at least two weeks prior to your event date. We’re happy to work with you upon availability, should you need to book a closer date.
How many people can the Bake It On Wheels Bus hold?
Our decoration stations are designed to host no more than 15 children at a single time, allowing room for our staff as well.
Please note, a parent or guardian must be present on the bus at all times during the party for children under 18.
What happens if the weather is bad on my event day?
Rain or shine, it’s party time! Unless severe weather warnings have been issued, we are
happy to accommodate your special day in our safe and secure ride.
What area do you cater to and how far do you travel for parties?
Please see Travel Areas for information.
Why are there suggested age limits? Can my child select that party package even though he/she is younger than the recommended limit?
Being in the baking industry for more than 10 years (and as parents ourselves), we’ve worked with children of all ages on a variety of different confectionary projects. Based on the average of our experiences, we’ve been able to see what works best in regards to skill level, patience, and attention timespans for each age group, which is why we suggest certain package options against others. As these are simple recommendations, we are happy to accommodate whichever option to whichever age group (5 years old and above).
Can parents participate?
As much as we’d love to host every yummy face and his/her parent(s), our sweet space is very limited between decoration station seating and our staff placement. While the bus can fit up to three adults at a time, in additions to party goers, we do ask that parents drop off their attendee and come back at the end of the party for pick up.
Please note, a parent or guardian must be present on the bus at all times during the party for children under 18.
Are parents allowed on the bus?
Yes, we suggest at least one parent remain on the bus during the party. Max adults on the bus is 3.
Please note, a parent or guardian must be present on the bus at all times during the party for children under 18.
