Bake It On Wheels brings the field trip to you — no stress booking private school buses or coordinating transportation. We arrive at your school, camp, or organization with our fully equipped baking bus, and the experience happens right on board.
Students enjoy a fun, guided decorating activity, and each participant takes home the delicious treats they create. We provide all materials, tools, toppings, and packaging — and because everything takes place inside the bus, there’s no mess inside your facility.

How It Works:
We bring the Bake It On Wheels bus to your school for a 15–30 minute guided decorating session (based on your package). Students rotate in groups of up to 18, with a 10-minute reset between sessions. Start times are typically 9:00 AM or 10:00 AM, and we often serve 100+ students—finishing by dismissal or earlier. After booking, we’ll provide a preliminary rotation schedule based on your estimated headcount. The week of your field trip, a coordinator will call to confirm final details, collect your final student count, and send your final rotation schedule.

Deposit Policy (Non–Miami-Dade County Public Schools)
For schools, camps, and organizations outside of Miami-Dade County Public Schools:

A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.

The deposit must be paid within 48 hours of receiving the booking link.

If the deposit is not received within 48 hours, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
After the deposit is received, we’ll email you a printable waiver form to complete and return.

Additional travel fees apply for locations outside of the included service area:

What To Expect On Field Trip Day
- Our bus arrives and parks in the designated area provided by your school or camp.
- Each session accommodates up to 18 children at a time.
- The school rounds up the first group, and the kids board the bus for their 15, 20, or 30-minute decorating activity depending on package selected.
- Between each session, we allow 10 minutes for cleanup and reset.
- We provide a large collection box to safely transport each group’s finished treats into the classroom—this helps avoid accidents while exiting the bus.
- Only 2 teachers or instructors may be on the bus per session.
- For special populations, we allow a 1:1 adult-to-child ratio, with a maximum of 12 children and 12 therapists on the bus at once.
- Minimum age to enter the bus is 3 years old. No exceptions. If a staff member believes a child appears under 3, they have the right to speak with a teacher and ask for the child to be removed from the bus.
- Due to liability insurance, children under 3 are not permitted on the bus.
- After all groups have participated, our lead host will give the final kid count to the director for same-day payment.
- Final payment can be made by check, Zelle, or credit card (note: 3.5% fee applies to credit cards).
