Service Area & Travel Information
Bake It On Wheels proudly serves Miami-Dade County with our fully hosted mobile baking bus parties and in-house decorating programs.
To provide a smooth, on-time experience for every event, our service areas and travel fees are structured as follows:
Primary Service Area (Included in Package Price)
Your package price includes travel within 20 miles of ZIP 33196.
This covers most of Miami-Dade County.
No additional travel fee applies within this radius.
Extended Service Area (21–35 Miles)
Events located 21–35 miles from ZIP 33196 are subject to a travel surcharge per mile beyond the included 20 miles.
Travel Rates
Because weekday traffic significantly increases drive time and scheduling impact, weekday travel rates differ from weekend rates.
Saturday & Sunday:
$11 per mile (per mile beyond the included 20 miles)
Tuesday–Friday:
$22 per mile (per mile beyond the included 20 miles)
Travel distance is calculated based on the event address.
Key Biscayne Travel
Because weekday traffic significantly increases travel time to and from Key Biscayne from our West Kendall hub, the following travel rate applies:
Key Biscayne (Tuesday–Friday):
$22 per mile (per mile beyond the included 20 miles)
Saturday & Sunday: Standard weekend travel rates apply$11.00 per mile- unless otherwise noted.

Debido al tráfico intenso entre semana al viajar hacia y desde Key Biscayne desde nuestro centro operativo en West Kendall, se aplica la siguiente tarifa de viaje:
Key Biscayne (martes a viernes):
